Drawing Terms of Use

To place an order, please read and accept my Terms of Use (CGU – Conditions Générales d’Utilisation).
 

Important: Drawings are for personal use only. For commercial use, please contact me to adjust the quote.

I. Contact Me

• Via my social media or the website form.

• I can communicate in French, English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.

II. Common Sense

• Be polite.

• No spam.

• I reserve the right to refuse commissions.
  ​

III. Payment

• I start working after payment is received.

• I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer.

• Prices are non-negotiable
  .

IV. What I Draw

I draw:

• Safe for work content

• Any species (real or fantastical)

• Anthropomorphic characters

• Feral

• Toony style

• Youth/children’s illustrations

• Chibis

• Pets
   

I do not draw:

• Realism

• Humans
   

V. Placing an Order

• I will add you to my Trello waiting list.

• Payment is via PayPal or bank transfer.

• Send me references if you have any; otherwise, describe your idea as best as possible and provide as many details as you can so I can match your vision.

• Sketch approval: You can request as many changes as you like at no extra cost. I’ll make sure to get as close as possible to your request.

• After the sketch, I will send you the line art.

• Additional fees may apply for major changes.

• Finally, I will send you the finished drawing.
   

VI. Waiting List

• Everyone interested is placed on the waiting list, but the commission is officially confirmed only after payment.

• Being on the waiting list does not commit you to the commission. Please inform me if you are no longer interested or want to postpone your slot.
   

VII. Cancellations

• No refunds are generally provided.

• Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the drawing.
   

VIII. Delivery

• I will keep you updated on my progress as much as possible.

• Waiting time for a project depends on your place in the waiting list after payment.

• I do not have strict deadlines, but I will work as quickly as possible.

• For special deadlines (birthdays, Christmas, etc.), please let me know in advance so I can check feasibility and possible extra costs.
   

IX. Prohibited Actions

• Do not remove my signature from my commissions.

• Do not make modifications to my drawing without prior permission.
   

X. Extras

• Please credit me for the artwork.

• I may repost the drawings on my social media and in price lists.

• If the drawing is meant to be a surprise, please let me know.
